Our thick wall shelves with solid wood brackets are handcrafted in Brooklyn and are made with mahogany or oak.

4" deep shelves = 3 1/2" brackets
4" deep shelves = 3 1/2" brackets
6" deep shelves = 5" brackets
8" deep shelves = 7" brackets
10" deep shelves = 9" brackets
11-12" deep shelves = 10" brackets
Shelves measuring 54" or more will include three brackets for optimal support
Recommended weight limit: ~60-90 lbs per stud, depending on stud type. Drywall anchors can hold ~30-60 lbs per bracket.

Our oak shelves usually have a slight natural reddish tint. Every shelf will vary slightly in color, striation, and grain texture.
