Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process

If approved:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to customer preference (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to our error, a damaged product, or a defective item, Geswoodshop LLC will cover all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return procedure.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was shipped. Please contact our customer support team to arrange an exchange.
