Order Processing & Fulfillment:

Because each shelf is hand-finished to order in our Vista, CA workshop, please allow 2 to 4 business days for order preparation and packaging before shipment.

Transit Times & Shipping Rates (United States):

• Standard Domestic Shipping: 3 to 7 business days via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

• Shipping Cost: Free Standard Shipping on all domestic US orders.

Tracking: Once your order leaves our workshop, an automated shipping confirmation with tracking details is sent to your email.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your item arrives damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours at support@geswoodshop.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product for a free replacement.
